I / We hereby agree to care for this pet humanely including providing adequate food, water, shelter, love and attention.. Said pet shall be maintained in an adequately enclosed area or on leash at all times· Pets shall not be allowed to roam at will. Cats/kittens will live indoors only and dogs/puppies will not be left outdoors without direct adult supervision at all times.

If I/We must be away from the pet(s) for more than a 24-hour period, I/We will ensure that a qualified adult (over the age of 18) assumes responsibility for humane care during the time that I/We are away and will be bound by this contract. Prior approval is needed for Bowe’s Buddies and the name, address and number of these individuals will be provided.

I/We will provide adequate flea & tick prevention.

If said pet(s) becomes lost or stolen I/We agree to notify Bowe’s Buddies immediately.

I/We agree not to sell, trade or dispose of this pet(s). If at any time we are unable or unwilling to care for this pet, I agree to contact, and return said pet to Bowe’s Buddies.

If said fostered animal(s) becomes ill, Management must approve veterinarian care prior to taking-said animal, or said foster party may be required to pay all veterinarian fees. For humane reasons, I/We understand euthanasia may be required.

I/We agree that said pet will not be sold for an illegal purpose and will NEVER be used for fighting. If this clause is broken, I/We understand that the pet(s) will be immediately confiscated by the Bowe’s Buddies and all applicable law enforcement agencies will be notified and applicable citations will be issued to the responsible parties.

It is understood that the Bowe’s Buddies may examine and make inquiries about said pet(s) at any time. If not satisfied with the condition of the pet(s) or the condition in which kept, said pet(s) can or may be removed immediately and placed into a different home or returned to the shelter.

I/We understand that Bowe’s Buddies makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the health or temperament of the pet(s). If personal pets in the foster home become ill or veterinarian service is required, Bowe’s Buddies will not be held liable for any cost incurred.

l/We promise and agree to be solely responsible for this pet(s) and to indemnify and hold harmless Bowe’s Buddies, the City of Allen Animal Services and the City of Allen from any and all claims of liability for the conduct of this pet(s). This Release of Liability and Indemnification shall apply to all known, unknown, and unanticipated damages resulting from my/our fostering or control of such pet(s).

I/We hereby acknowledge that I/we have read and understand the above terms and conditions and will keep the pet(s) described herein as a family member. I/we understand that is a binding contract enforceable by civil law.
